- 1000 grams Coconut Cream and Water, (1 tin of Coconut Cream or 2 sachets of 50g Coconut Milk Powder, topped up with Water to 1000 grams)
- 60 grams raw sugar
- 180 grams arborio or medium grain rice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in TM Bowl. Cook at 90 degrees, 50 minutes , speed 1.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
Can be served warm or cold. Yummy with honey, cinnamon or other flavouring.
Great for gluten free/lactose free breakfast or snack. Great alternative to yoghurt for school lunch.
