If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Break chocolate into pieces
Add chocolate to TM bowl 8sec/Speed 8
Set aside chocolate
Add desiccated coconut to TM bowl 3min/80deg/Speed 1
Add reserved chocolate and coconut oil 3min/50deg/Speed 2
Press into molds or place onto a lined baking tray
Set in freezer 1 hour or fridge for 2 hours
Store in fridge or freezer

coconut oil is optional
add a few drops of pepermint oil for minty flavour
