Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Elaine Schnelle: Hi Elaine have updated recipe sorry for the confusion and here is recipe for coconut cream but I have not tried this in recipe.
Coconut Cream
100g coconut desiccated or shredded
300g water
put these into TM bowl and soak for 5 minutes
Cook for 2 minutes on 37 degrees speed 2, mix for 1 minute on speed 10 scape down sides and repeat
If you go to the print
If you go to the print document it lists the cans of coconut cream as an ingredient so I would suggest trying it that way.

I am really keen to try your recipe but I am having trouble understanding it. Do you put in 2 cans of coconut cream and if so what size and what brand do you use. And then do you add all the other ingredients ?? Can you make your own coconut cream as I see in your tips that you can make the coconut milk. Thanks.. Elaine
