Recipe's preparation

    Roasting macadamia and preparing crandberries
  1. 1. preheat oven to 180 degrees, line baking tray.

    2. chop macadamia nuts 3 secs / speed 5. if you want them finer, repeat process. If you are looking for more chunkier, turbo for 1sec, and repeat until desired size.

    3. Place on baking tray and place in oven until golden brown, this doesn't take too long.

    4. If cranberries are large, you may chop them, using the turbo button.

  2. Fudge
  3. 1. Add chocolate melts to Closed lid and chop speed 8 / 10 seconds.

    2. Add condensed milk

    3. Cook 10 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 3.

    4. Add nuts and cranberries and mix 20 seconds, speed 1, counter-clockwise operation

    5. quickly put into lined slice tray and smooth out

    6. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating

    7. Once set, take out of tray and slice to preferred sizes

I like to leave some macadamia nuts to sprinkle over the top before it sets, adds decoration and crunch to the top.

Tip

You can add as little or as much macadamia nuts and cranberries as you like in this recipe. My amounts are just a gauge, I didn't measure my quantities for these.
