Creamy Caramel Fudge

Ingredients

120 portion(s)

Condensed Milk

  • 50g Butter
  • 90g raw sugar
  • 75g milk powder
  • 50g water

Fudge

  • 200g white chocolate
  • 160g brown sugar
  • 120g Butter
  • 75g golden syrup
  • 50g glucose syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grate chocolate in TM bowl for 8 sec/ Sp 9 and set aside
    Place condensed milk contents into bowl and mix 5 sec/Spd 4.
    Cook 12 mins/90deg/Spd 3 with MC off to let steam out.
    place everything else except the chocolate into the TM bowl and cook 8 mins/100deg/ Spd 3 with MC off to let out steam.
    Scrap down sides and bottom of bowl with spatula and cook for a further 20 mins/Varoma/Spd 3 still with MC Off.
    Add white chocolate and mix for 20 sec/Spd 4 to mix.
    Spread into lined square tin and refridgerate to set (minimum 3 hours).

    I love how with this fudge recipe we DON'T NEED to spend money on a can of condensed milk cause we can just make our own as part of the recipe! Saves me money and I think its brilliant. Highly recommend this recipe and any fudge recipe from Fordgirl.
