      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert butterfly and whisk cream and condensed milk 20 seconds at speed 3 until thick.
  2. Stir in lemon zest and juice 10 seconds speed softGentle stir setting until combined.
  3. Pour contents into ramekins or serving dishes and chill until set.

    Mummy Bennett:yes I vary my lemon quantities at times too depending on size and what I’ve got on hand!! Let me know how the passionfruit or other varieties turn out... might be a little sweeter so maybe reduce sugar!
    lime might be nice too or even a mix of lemon, lime and orange to make a citrus pot!!

    Absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I even made my own condensed milk. I suppose the longest part in the making of this was waiting for the condensed milk to cool down but well worth the effort. Thanks for posting this recipe.

    Lemony Naughty Goodness.

    I was worried that these would be very sweet due to the condensed milk, but the cream and lemon balanced it out. I only used 3 Lemons too. I might try with likes or passionfruit next time. 😃
