Creme

  • 1 litre Milk
  • 150 grams raw sugar
  • 65 grams cornflour
  • 200 grams pouring (whipping) cream
  • 30 grams coffee, instant

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add milk, sugar and cornflour to thermomix bowl. Cook for 18 minutes/90 degrees/speed 2 with MC on.

     

     

  2. Add cream and coffee, mix for 3 seconds on speed 3.

     

     

  3. Pour into ramekins and chill until serving with whipped cream and a sprinkle of coffee.

    Sorry but this was dreadful, used all the ingredients and in the correct weight but it just didn't set, was sloppy despite being in the fridge overnight.
