- 1 litre Milk
- 150 grams raw sugar
- 65 grams cornflour
- 200 grams pouring (whipping) cream
- 30 grams coffee, instant
Add milk, sugar and cornflour to thermomix bowl. Cook for 18 minutes/90 degrees/speed 2 with MC on.
Add cream and coffee, mix for 3 seconds on speed 3.
Pour into ramekins and chill until serving with whipped cream and a sprinkle of coffee.
