Cumquat Sorbet with Stevia

  • 500 grams Frozen Cumquats with skins and seeds intact
  • 10 grams Stevia powder
  • 1 egg white

  1. Add all indredients to Closed lid 

    Blend 1min30 secs/speed 5 with aid of spatula.

Tip

If using your own Cumqats like I did, wash and dry them before freezing.

Scrap down sides if the mixture becomes a little sticky in the bowl.

This is a strong sorbet and can be toned down by serving it with 2 tbls of Greek Yoghurt 

Store left over sorbet in the freezer and chip off for next  dessert feast! It mixes well with Strawberry Sorbet and can be used as a palete cleanser between courses.
