Ingredients

Aussie's Custard in a TM6

  • 500 g skim milk
  • 3 heaped tablespoons custard powder
  • 1 level tablespoons sugar raw

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1, Place the Butterfly Whisk into the mixing bowl
  2. 2, Add 500g Skim Milk
  3. 3, Add 60g Custard Powder (See Tips for More Info)
  4. 4, Add 20g sugar, to taste (See Tips for More Info)
  5. 5, put the lid on the bowl as well as the Measuring Cup, Now go to Thicken mode on your TM6 ( it will already be set to 80c & the Time is Auto Set to 10 Mins ) Turn the dial to the Right Volia your almost Done
  6. 6, Once the 10 min timer has completed, Empty Contents into bowls & enjoy

Tip

** This recipe was used with shop bought Custard Powder **

* Custard Powder May Have wheat or gluten, if your Looking For a gluten free version "'Always'' read the label of your cornflour as some brands may contain traces of wheat or gluten.

* Add More Sugar To Taste Sweeter

* You can store leftover custard in a sealable container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

* Custard can be served warm or cold on its own, with baked desserts or fresh or poached fruit. If you are serving custard cold, transfer into a bowl, cover and place into refrigerator until ready to serve.
