Ingredients

Chocolate

  • 125 grams coconut oil, 1/2 cup
  • 63 grams cacao powder, 1/4 cup
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons raisins, optional
  • 2 tablespoons Nuts of choice, optional
  • 2 tablespoons dried apricots, optional
  • 2 tablespoons Cranberries, optional
  • 1 tablespoon crystallised ginger, optional
  • 1 tablespoon dessicated coconut, optional

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Melt coconut oil 50oC 1 min Closed lid


    Add cacao powder, agave & vanilla, speed 2 10 seconds.


    Add nuts, dried fruit etc of your choice.


    Pour into  a small, shallow plastic dish or chocolate moulds.


    Cool in fridge 30 mins before unmoulding.

Tip

Dont overheat the oil, cool the chocolate on the bench before putting in the fridge, for optimum emulsifying of the fats
