- 100 grams raw sugar
- 250-300 grams strawberries, Hulled
- 750 grams full cream milk
- 4 tablespoons Corn Flour

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Mill the sugar, 10sec/spd10.
Add strawberries blitz 10sec/spd6.
Add milk, strawberries and cornflour combine 4 sec/ Spd 3.5.
Replace MC with steaming basket and cook further 5min/90/spd3.
Pour contents into container (not too deep) and place in freezer until frozen.
Remove from container, cut into blocks (3x2cm) and blitz 2min/spd9. Use spatula to keep moving in bowl.
Remove lid and give contents a good stir and push to bottom of bowl. Blitz again for a further 2-3min/spd9 or until it begins to swirl (as in picture).

Chocolate - reduce cornflour by 2 tablespoon and replace strawberries with 60 grams good- quality cocoa.
