Double Nut Choc Fudge Slice

Ingredients

Fudge Slice

  • 395 gram can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 200 grams good quality dark cooking chocolate
  • 200 grams Old Gold Roast Almond Chocolate
  • 80 grams Macadamia Nuts (raw)

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Line sides and base of a 20 cm square cake pan with baking paper.

    Chop macadamias by putting into bowl and blitzing on turbo for 1 sec at a time until in small shards - set aside

    Melt condensed milk and butter 100 degrees speed three for 3 minutes or until butter is melted

    Add both chocolates broken in pieces 3 minutes 50 degrees speed three or again until chocolate is all melted

     Add chopped macadamias 30 secs speed 4

     

    Pour into prepared pan, smooth top and put into fridge to set 2 – 4 hours

    Cut into 15 squares – YUM!!!
