Dulche de leche

  • 1 litre Milk, Full cream
  • 275 g sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Add all ingredients to thermomix bowl.

    2. Place basket on top of lid with a clean woven cloth underneath to prevent boiling over and assist evaporation. (I use a piece of clean chux cloth)

    3. Cook for 55 minutes, temp 100, speed 5.

    4. Pour into warm sterilised jar immediately and refrigerate. Don't worry if it is thin. It will thicken as it cools.
