For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Using a clean dry bowl
Chill chocolate before use
Break chocolate into small peices
Add to bowl.
Grate 4 seconds speed 7 until a fine crumb
Scrape down bowl and melt chocolate
4 mins 50° speed 2
This may take longer depending on your chocolate cocoa %.
Chocolate should be smooth and glossy when ready. - Stir in peanut butter (optional)with spatula
Once combined gently stir in fried noodles until covered in chocolate.
Working quickly, scoop noodles into 8 silicone cupcake moulds or paper cases
Top with 3 or 4 eggs to resemble a nest. As the chocolate sets the eggs will be secure
Chill in fridge for an hr or until solid.
Use larger or smaller moulds to create different size nests.
Use as is or top an Easter cake or cupcake enjoy!
