For Rocky Road

  • 400 - 500 grams White Chocolate (I used Lindt)
  • 125 grams Fresh Turkish Delight, Cut into small cubes
  • 100 grams Candied Easter Eggs (I used M&M's Speckled Eggs)
  • 40 grams Hulled Pistaschios
  • 80 grams mini marshmellows

Recipe's preparation

    Line a 20 x 30cm dish or pan with baking paper

  1. Place chocolate in bowl (in pieces) and mill 8 seconds, speed 9

  2. Melt chocolate for 5 minutes, 50 degrees, speed 1

  3. Place 80 grams of eggs and all other remaining ingredients in bowl and mix on reverse, 20 seconds, Speed 1

  4. Place mixture into pre-prepared dish, and smooth top with a spatula. Place additional eggs on top for presentation (just push them into the top) Place in refridgerator until set (about 20 minutes)

  5. Once set - cut into squares and enjoy! Smile

    I put in double the amount of marshmallows and used Turkish delight Easter eggs.
