For Rocky Road
- 400 - 500 grams White Chocolate (I used Lindt)
- 125 grams Fresh Turkish Delight, Cut into small cubes
- 100 grams Candied Easter Eggs (I used M&M's Speckled Eggs)
- 40 grams Hulled Pistaschios
- 80 grams mini marshmellows

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place chocolate in bowl (in pieces) and mill 8 seconds, speed 9
Melt chocolate for 5 minutes, 50 degrees, speed 1
Place 80 grams of eggs and all other remaining ingredients in bowl and mix on reverse, 20 seconds, Speed 1
Place mixture into pre-prepared dish, and smooth top with a spatula. Place additional eggs on top for presentation (just push them into the top) Place in refridgerator until set (about 20 minutes)
Once set - cut into squares and enjoy!
Line a 20 x 30cm dish or pan with baking paper
Tip
Great way to use up some leftover eggs (if you have any!)

I put in double the amount of marshmallows and used Turkish delight Easter eggs.
