Easy Baileys choc-chip Ice-cream

Ingredients

6 portion(s)

  • 600 ml bottle thickened cream
  • 300 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 level teaspoon Vanilla Essence or Vanilla Paste
  • 100 g Baileys Irish Cream or Kaluha or Tia Maria
  • 100 g dark chocolate pieces

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Place chocolate pieces in the TM bowl and grate on speed 9 for 10 seconds. Set aside. 

  2. 2. Place butterfly in TM bowl. Add cream and sweetened condensed milk. Whip on speed 5 for 30 seconds or until mixture is thick and resembles whipped cream. 

  3. 3. Add vanilla essence/paste, Baileys/Tia Maria/Kaluha, and grated chocolate to the cream mixture. Mix on speed 3-4 for 15-20 seconds or until all ingredients have comibined evenly. 

  4. 4. Place mixture in a container suitable for freezing and freeze overnight or until frozen.

Tip

This recipe can be used to make any flavour of Ice-cream. Simply replace Baileys with esspresso coffee, strawberry/chocolate/caramel sauce etc. Chocolate pieces could also be replaced with roughly chopped biscuit pieces etc.

    Choc chip ice cream making recipe is here. I want to make grabmyessay perfect but with some of the good reasons which are really different from all of the other recipes. Hence you can easily start to do working on ice cream.

    This had a lovely flavour (i used kahlua), but i found it very sweet and the chocolate tasted fatty.  It also was more like a soft serve icecream.

    creamy and fatty tmrc_emoticons.D just made a plain vanilla batch of ice-cream from this recipe. I tried several other ice-cream recipes and this is the first one that didn't turn out icy.
