If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place the rice, the milk and vanilla paste in th TM bowl and cook 12mn/90°/"Counter-clockwise operation" speed2.
Add condensed milk and cook another 18mn/90°/"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2.
Pour rice cream into 12 ramequins or bowls and enjoy warm or place them in the fridge to enjoy them cold
I like my rice cream not too sweet so you can add extra sweetened condensed milk if you prefer it sweeter.
