Recipe's preparation
- Gently scrape down sides. Add icing sugar, insert measuring cup. Spd 4, 4 seconds.
- Remove the butterfly whisk. Gradually add the melted chocolate while gently folding through with spatular.
- Insert butterfly whisk, insert measuring cup. Spd 4, 4 seconds.
- Carefully spoon into serving bowl/glass. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Tip
For a rich mousse, use dark chocolate. You can use up to 30g more chocolate if you wish.
