Fig & Orange Raw Vegan Chocolate

  • 90 grams cacao butter
  • 25 grams cacao powder
  • 25-50 grams Maple syrup
  • 60 grams dried figs
  • 1 Zest, Orange
  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt

Recipe's preparation

    Fig & Orange Raw Vegan Chocolate
  1. 1. Chop 90g of Cacao Butter into segments 

    2. Melt 37degrees/speed1/12-15minutes  

    3. Add 25g of Cacao, 25-50g of Maple Syrup (depending on level of sweetness you desire) mix at 37 degrees/speed 3/ 2 minutes 

    4. Chop dried figs into desire size (mine are approx 1cm squares) 

    5. Add figs and mix speed 1//10 seconds 

    6. Poor into mould and sprinkle the zest of one orange over the top.
