Recipe's preparation
1) Blend all ingredients together in the thermomix for about 5 seconds on speed 8.
2) Scrape down the sides with a spatula.
3) Again blend ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 8.
4) Check ingredients are smooth, and not lumpy.
5) Blend again if necessary.
6) Enjoy!

Tip
It is best to freeze bananas sliced less than 2 cm thick, they are easier to blend.

Made this to use up some fruit we had. Forgot the vanilla and it still tasty yum. Set very hard in freezer though, and mine was more of a berry colour. Would make again.
