50g unsalted butter

  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 375 grams dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 375 grams sweetened condensed milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all indredients into the Thermomix bowl. Mix at 50' / speed 3 / 5 min (or until melted)

  2. Line a baking dish with baking paper. 

  3. Pour mixture into dish in an even layer.

  4. Cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours OR overnight.

  5. Use a warm knife to cut the fudge into small pieces for serving.
