Gluten Free Chocolate Crackles

Crackles

  • 2 cups, GF Rice Puffs/Pops
  • 3/4 cup, icing sugar (sifted)
  • 1/2 cup, dessicated coconut
  • 1 1/2 tbsp, GF Cocoa
  • 125 g, copha
  • 8 patty pans, or cupcake cases

Recipe's preparation

  1. ENSURE ALL INGREDIENTS ARE GLUTEN FREE

     

    1 - place copha into mixing bowl and grate 5-10secs/ speed8

    2 - melt 4 mins / 90 deg/ speed 3 or until melted

    3 - add coconut, rice puffs/pops, icing sugar and cocoa to bowl, and combine 5-10secs / Counter-clockwise operation / speed 3-4

    4 - spoon into cup cake cases (about 50g per case if you use the bigger ones)

    5 - place on tray and refrigerate until set (approx 15 mins)

Tip

Can be done without a TM - put all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Melt copha and pour over dry. Mix well. Spoon into cake cases.

Sprinkle with 100x and 1000s (or similar) to decorate - after step 4
