Bliss Balls

  • 30 grams Goji Berries dried
  • 30 grams milk chocolate melts
  • 70 grams Dried Cranberries or dried apricots (according to your tastes)
  • 80 grams Pitted Dates, dried
  • 70 grams mixed nuts. Ie. Pepitas, almonds, walnuts and peanuts

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place all ingredients except the dessicated coconut into Closed lid, , insert measuring cup, speed 10 for 11 seconds.

    Remove ingredients from bowl and roll into balls.

    Put dessicated coconut onto plate and roll the balls in the coconut to coat.

    Store in airtight container once made.

Tip

You can adjust the amount of goji berries vs. cranberries or apricots to your taste or substitute for raspberries.
