      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Green Tea Panna Cotta
  1. Dissolve gelatine powder and 3 tablespoons of milk (take from the recipe) in a small bowl. Let it sit in a bowl of hot water and set aside
  2. Place all other ingredients into mixing bowl and blend 6 mins/80 degrees/sp3
  3. Add the gelatine mixture and blend 10sec/sp3
  4. Pour the mixture into 6 pudding cups and wait for 30 mins. Then refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Enjoy
