Healthy Chocolate Balls by The Thermo Niche

  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 50 g Hemp Seeds
  • 50 g Linseeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 90 g dessicated coconut
  • 60 g raw cacao powder
  • 300 g mixed dried fruit, (E.g. apricots, sultanas, goji berries, cranberries)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add chia seeds, hemp seeds, linseeds & sesame seeds to mixing bowl. Mill for 10 seconds/speed 9.
  2. Add coconut, cacao, dried fruit and vanilla. Mix for 2 minutes/speed 9 until mixture comes together and is easily shaped into balls.
  3. Roll into balls (or press into silicone snack bar moulds) then refrigerate until firm.
  4. Enjoy!

Tip

You can use any combination of dried fruit for this recipe. If the mixture is too dry and not coming together then add a little more dried fruit.
