HEIDI'S RAW CARROT CAKE

Ingredients

  • 100g Cashews
  • 100g Coconut
  • 75g dates
  • 45g coconut oil
  • 2 strips orange zest
  • pinch Nutmeg
  • 140g carrot

icing

  • 1tbsp coconut cream
  • 100g Coconut
  • 30g Cashews
  • 20g honey
  • 20g coconut oil`
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Paste

Recipe's preparation

    Cake
  1. Put all in bowl, chop speed 9 for 15 seconds,

    Scrape sides, then speed 6 for 10 seconds.

     

    Check consistency, press into lined tray, freeze while making topping.

     

  2. Icing

    Put all in bowl, mix speed 9 - 3 secs - scrape sides, speed 5-5secs, speed 4 - 10 secs.
