Ingredients

Soft Serve

  • 500 g Frozen cubed mango
  • 1 eggwhite
Add to shopping list

Recipe's preparation

    Soft Serve
  1. Place mango into jug and chop 1 minute / speed 8.

    Scrape down bowl, blend for 10 seconds / speed 6.

    Insert Butterfly and add eggwhite to jug then whip for 1 minute / speed 4.


    Serve!

    Absolutely delicious. I added a frozen banana as I didnt have enough mango and used coconut milk instead of an egg white. A hit with the kids who are huge ice cream lovers.
