  • 3 Avocadoes (ripe)
  • 125 grams Cacao
  • 125 grams coconut oil
  • Maple syrup, To taste
  • 250g medjool dates, pitted

  • 250 grams Unsalted Raw Nuts, Any Kind
  • 125 grams dessicated coconut
  • 125 grams Dried Apicots
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 3 heaped tablespoon Cacao

Recipe's preparation

    Janella's Chocolate Pie
  1. Place all of your base ingredients in to the mixing bowl and chop 10secs/speed 9 or until the mixture is finely chopped and sticky .

  2. Press in to a 23cm flan or springform tin and refridgerate while you prepare the filling .

  3. Scoop the Avocado Flesh in to the bowl and add the cacao, coconut oil and the rest of the dates and blend until smooth and creamy .Add in the Maple Syrup to taste depending on how sweet you like it .

  4. Spread the filling over the base and refridgerate for at least an hour .
