Jules Bliss Balls

  • 70 g Peppitas
  • 70 g raw almonds
  • 90 g pitted dates
  • 30 g Linseeds
  • 10 tbsp cacao powder
  • 60 g Coconut
  • 4 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 50 g craisons
  • 110 g water

Recipe's preparation

    Easy Blend
  1. Blitz all until totally combined. Sp2 building up to Sp 9 for 2-3 Counter-clockwise operation mins. Scrape out and make in to small balls then roll in coconut. Keep refrigerated until serving or giving away.
    Makes about 40 balls.

Tip

Add 1-2 Tblsp of honey or golden syrup in place of water if you want a sweeter/stickier ball. If using both honey and water, add an additional 2-3 tblsp of oats.
