Ingredients

  • 1 400g jar baby marinated figs, I used Far Meadow Figs from Berry
  • 750 grams Frozen Milk, Frozen into icecube trays

Recipe's preparation

    Julies Fig Ice cream
  1. Place figs into bowl and blend 20 seconds / speed 5.

    Place frozen milk into bowl and with the aid of the spatula mix 1 min / speed 9.

    Serve immediately.

Tip

Add some of the fig syrup for a richer, more decadent dessert.

Sprinkle with some chopped macadamias and some left over syrup or salted caramel sauce.

 

Preparation time includes freezing time for milk.
