  • 125 grams almonds, 1 cup
  • 60 grams Cashews or any nuts, 1/2 cup
  • 90 grams Shredded coconut, 1 cup
  • 85 grams Peanut Butter, 1/3 cup
  • 30 grams Sugarfree chocolate/cacao nibs, 1/4 cup
  • 2 tablespoons cacoa powder, 1/4 cup
  • 35 grams Flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 125 grams coconut oil, 1/2 cup
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol, Sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate nut seed mix.
  1. 1. Add nuts to the thermomix and pulse 1 second at a time until nuts are finely chopped.
    2. Add remaining ingredients, 20 seconds on reverse or until mix is a thick paste. The mix will be abit sticky but will harden up in the fridge.
    3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place in fridge to harden.

Tip

You can also freeze these balls. They are a good substitute for a chocolate fix.
If the mix is abit too sticky to roll into balls then put mix into the fridge until it hardens up abit.
