Kiwifruit & pear mousse

  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 1 Pear, very ripe, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon agar agar
  • 100 hot water
  • 35 g Coconut sugar
  • 65 g cream cheese
  • 65 g sour cream
  • 10 g coconut oil, with lime

  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced

Recipe's preparation

    Kiwifruit & pear mousse no bake
  1. dissolve the agar agar in the hot water, mill coconut sugar speed 10 for 30 seconds, add half the agar agar mix and all other ingredients, mix speed 7 for 10 seconds then pour into 3 small ramekins. Put in the fridge to set.

     

  2. Kiwifruit & pear mousse no bake
  3. blend the kiwi with the remaining agar agar speed 8 for 20 seconds, pour over the mousse, garnish with sliced kiwi
