      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Making the sorbet
  1. Mill 100g raw sugar for 10 seconds @ Speed 9 Closed lid

  2. Add 350g kiwifruit flesh, and 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice and blend for 10 seconds/Speed 6 Closed lid

  3. Add 800g of ice and blend for 1 minute @ speed 9.

    (If ice rises to the top of the bowl - take out MC and push ice down with the spatula)

  4. Enjoy!

Tip

You can leave out the egg white if desired (although with the egg white in- the result is 'fluffier')

    Hi there. Your tip says to leave out the egg white if preferred, but there is no egg white in the ingredient list. How many egg whites would you use?
