Lactose Free Creamed Rice

Ingredients

Creamed rice

  • 1000 grams Lactose free full fat milk
  • 40 grams raw sugar
  • 130 grams arborio rice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

    Cooking
  1. Place all ingredients in TM Bowl.  

    Cook at 90 degrees, 50 minutes Counter-clockwise operation speed 1 MC on.

     

  2. Standing
  3. Once finished cooking, put some cling film directly onto the creamed rice to avoid forming a skin as it cools.

  4. Serving
  5. Sprinkle with berries to serve for visual appeal and to further reduce the sweetness.

Tip

Rice pudding will thicken on standing.  

Either  serve warm - delicious with some finely grated dark chocolate! Or chilled, my kids love this in their lunch boxes for school and sometimes even for breakfast!
