Lemon Cheesecake Ice cream

Ice cream

  • 250 grams Philly Cream Cheese Light Block
  • 90ml lemon juice
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 395 grams sweetened condensed milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add philly cream cheese and lemon juice. Speed 5 for 5 seconds. 

    Set aside

  2. 2. Add butterfly. Add cream and condensed milk. Speed 3 for approx 4 minutes. It should look thick and creamy but not over whipped like cream that is in peaks. 

  3. 3. Add lemon cream cheese back in. Speed 3 for 10 seconds. 

  4. 4. Pour into container and freeze overnight. 

     

    You will need to remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
