Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Wow, so good! Thank you.
Only feedback on recipe is the oven temp. I have a fan forced and wasn't sure weather the 180 was for fan forced, so I heated at 180 but dropped temp to 170 ten minutes in as I was worried it was cooking to fast on top. 45min at 170 it was perfect.

Thanks steph86 for clearing the "cream" problem up for Petros74. I've now changed the wording in the recipe to "blend the mix" so its not confusing. (I could see how Petros74 could easily have been mistaken - Sorry!)
Petros74:...
Petros74:
by “cream” it means what mixing the butter and sugar together will do. No cream is added to the recipe, unless you add cream upon serving.

I have been away and just got back to Aussie.
I personally wouldn't double the recipe in the TM, but give it a go, I'd love to hear how it goes doubled!
I think its best freshly cooked, but is still really great reheated too.
