Lemon Raw Balls (gluten free, sulphur free)

  • 100 g shredded coconut plus extra for dusting, Organic preservative free (to ensure sulphur free)
  • 80 g macadamia nuts
  • 80 g Rice malt syrup
  • 35 g coconut oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh all ingredients into bowl and mix 30 seconds/speed 9

  2. Roll into small balls around the size of a 10c piece

  3. Rollin extra coconut

  4. Place on a lined tray and chill in the fridge until firm
