If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Line a 24 cm x 30 cm slice tin with baking paper.
2. Add licorice allsorts to "Closed lid" , chop 10 seconds Speed 7 and set aside.
3. Add biscuits to mixing bowl and crush 10 seconds Speed 7, set aside.
4. Melt butter and condensed milk together in "Closed lid" 1 minute 50 degrees Speed 4.
5. Add in crushed biscuits and licorice allsorts until well combined 1 minute Speed 3. Press mixture firmly into slice tin.
6. Melt chocolate melts 3-5 minutes 50 degrees Speed 3 and spread evenly over slice and refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Cut into small squares and enjoy.
