Lime and Coconut Sorbet

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chill 1 400g can of coconut cream for 4 hours or overnight

    place 100g raw sugar into Thermomix jug and mill on speed 10 for 10 seconds

    open coconut cream and spoon the solids into the bowl, leaving behind the water

    add zest of 2 limes

    add 400g ice cubes. blend on speed 10 for 20 seconds

    add 500g ice cubes blend on speed 10 for 1 minute stirring with spatula as required
