      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Ensure you have baking paper

  2. Place biscuits into mixing bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 8. Set aside.

  3. Place condensed milk and butter into mixing bowl and mix 1½ min/100°C/speed 3 until combined



  4. Add biscuits and lollies and blend 5 sec/speed 7. Take care not to overmix
  5. Turn out mixture onto 2 sheets of waxed paper, sprinkle with desicated coconut and shape into 2 rolls, roll on the coconut, then roll up the paper and twist the ends
  6. Refridgerate for approximately 4 hours or until firm

    Cut into slices for serving

    Store in a air tight container in the fridge
