  • 25 grams coconut dessicated
  • 80 grams raw cashews
  • 50 grams raw macadamia nuts
  • 40 grams Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, Omit if using vanilla protein powder
  • 6 tablespoons Rice malt syrup
  • 20 grams dessicated coconut, For rolling

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill coconut and cashews until a paste

  2. Add remainder of ingredients and mix at speed 7 until combined well, you may need to scrape the sides and bottom a couple of times to get a nice consistency

  3. Roll level table spoons into balls and the roll in remaining dessicated coconut, refrigerate if you don't eat them all at once Smile
