Macca Chocolate Raw Ball

Ingredients

15 portion(s)

  • 120 g raw almonds
  • 120 g Dates (medjool), pitted
  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp agave nectar/syrup, (or Honey)
  • 1 tsp Macca powder
  • 150 g Coconut shredded or desiccated, For coating! (Optional)

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place almonds into the mixing bowl and mill 8-10 sec / SPD 7 or until ground to fine consistency;

    2. Add dates to the bowl and chop 10 sec / SPD 8 or until finely chopped.

    3. Add the remaining ingredients (cacao, vanilla, macc, coconut oil, agave nectar) and blend 10 sec / SPD 7 or until the mixture forms a smooth paste.

    4. Make small balls using a tablespoon and coat the balls with shredded coconut (optional)

Tip

If you want a nut free option, substitute the almonds for pumpkim or sunflower seeds.

    glad to hear you enjoyed it!! This is a hit at home tmrc_emoticons.) and I also mix the almond meal mixture with sunflower and pepitas, works amazing too. Sometimes I mixed the dates with prunes too tmrc_emoticons.;)

    Great bliss balls!  The mixture was really easy to work with.,..not as messy as many other bliss balls.  I used a mix of almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
