If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add all ingredients (EXCEPT 1-2cups of marshmallows - big or small) cook 6 min/80°C/Sp 4
Pour mixture into airtight container (with lid on), place in freezer 4-6 hours
Remove from freezer and scoop out of airtight container and place mixture into TM Mixing Bowl. Mix 30sec/Sp 9 then 10sec/Sp 4
Add remaining 1-2 cups of marshmallows (big or small) into TM mixing bowl and mix 15sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Sp 3
Pour mixture into airtight container and place back in freezer 4-6 hours (I usually do it overnight)

Tip
I use white marshmallows as my daughter can't have the pink ones, so I'm assuming if you use pink you will have a slightly pale pink ice-cream
