  • 500 g milk chocolate pieces
  • 30 g coconut oil, optional
  • 75 g Chopped nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, cashews etc
  • 125 g Lollies, cut into pieces

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh the chocolate pieces into the bowl and blitz on speed 9 for 10 seconds
  2. Add the coconut oil if using and melt for 4 minutes, 50°, speed 3
  3. Scrape down the bowl and continue for 2 minutes, 50°, speed 3.
  4. Place on reverse and add nuts, lollies and marshmallows until all coated in chocolate
  5. Pour into a lined slice tin and place into the refrigerator to set
  6. Once set, slice and enjoy.

Accessories you need



If you don't want to add nuts substitute the 75g with more lollies or marshmallows.

I also like to add caramel popcorn, clinkers, Turkish delight to my Rocky Road. Just melt your chocolate and add your favourites!
