      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add oreos to the bowl crush on speed 5 for 2 seconds

    Using spatula divide 250g Philadelphia cheese into 6 portions.

    Add to the bowl.

    Combine on speed 5 for 4 seconds. Repeat until all combined.

    Roll into 3cm balls, refrigerate for 10 mins.

    Line a plate or tray with baking paper.

    Melt choc in microwave as per instructions on the packaging.

    Cover the balls completely in white choc 

    Place on baking paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Hannah Smoker:no idea I haven't tried to store longer than a day. I have put it in the fridge and reheated with leftovers and it was fine.
