- 150 grams dried and pitted dates
- 450 grams dark chocolate, (however dark you prefer, I used 70%)
- 210 grams coconut cream
- Dried coconut for rolling (approx 1 cup)

Recipe's preparation
Place dates is TMX bowl, chop for 10 seconds on speed 9. Place aside.
Break chocolate into small pieces, place in TMX bowl. Grate for 7 seconds on speed 9.
Add coconut cream and melt on 60 degrees, 4 minutes on speed 1.
Add chopped dates and mix for 10 seconds on speed four.
Place mixture into a bowl and put in freezer for 45 mins, upto 1 hr ( till set).
Remove from freezer for 5 minutes untill workable, roll into teaspoon size balls and roll in coconut. Place in fridge untill ready to serve.

Yum, did change things as did not have enough chocolate. Added 150g chof and made the rest up with a mix of cashews, raisons. Then rolled in half coconut and half roasted sesame. Yum! Looking forward to making them. They made heaps

Easy and yum. I used medjool dates as that is what I had. I also used light coconut cream and this recipe still turned out great. Very rich Thanks for sharing.

yummo i made these last night
yummo i made these last night for chrissy day they were so easy and as it is always hard to scrape all the chocolate out of the bowl i add milk and heat it up a bit so it becomes chocolate milk and then i put in freezer in icepole molds choc icepoles for the kiddies
