- 250 g pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 20 g Rice malt syrup
- 40 g coconut oil
- Dessicated coconut for coating

Recipe's preparation
1. Place the sunflower seeds, oats and chia seeds into the bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 9. 2. Place the dates into the bowl and chop 30 sec/speed 7.3. Place all the other ingredients into the bowl and mix 10 sec/speed 5.4. Shape the mixture into walnut sized balls and roll in the dessicated coconut to coat.
5. Refridgerate for an hour before eating. They can be kept in the fridge for a few days, if they're not eaten up beforehand!

Yum! I didn't have sunflower
Yum! I didn't have sunflower seeds rice syrup or coconut oil so used raw honey to bring it together big hit with my hubby and the kids, they took them in their lunch boxes
