  • 500 gram oranges peeled and quartered, approx. 6 oranges
  • 5 heaped tablespoon Gelatin powder
  • 1-3 teaspoons Raw Honey

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place oranges into the TM bowl and pulverise on speed 8 for 10 seconds or until juiced.

    2. Strain orange juice using basket so that no pulp remains. You may need to use a sieve to strain further as a smooth consistency is desired.

    3. Pour the gelatin into a small bowl and cover with 1-2 Tbl of boiling water. Stir rigorously until dissolved.

    4. Place strained orange juice, dissolved gelatin and honey (amount dependent on taste) into the bowl and cook for five minutes on 70degrees on speed 2.

    5. Pour out and set in shallow dish for up to four hours.

    6. Cut into squares and enjoy as a sweet, healthy treat! These can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge.
