- 150 g almond meal
- 340 g medjool dates, pitted
- 30 g cacao powder, organic
- 40 g honey
- 40 g water
- 3 drops Peppermint Oil, food grade
- 30 g Desiccated Coconut

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place almond meal, dates, cacao, honey, 1/2 the water and peppermint oil in .
Chop for 15 seconds at Speed 7.
Scrape down bowl if mixture seems dry add water as required for mixture to come together to form balls.
Chop for 15 further seconds at Speed 7.
Put Coconut on a plate.
Roll Tablspoons of the mixture into 24 balls and coat with coconut.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
Store Leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge (for up to a week) or freezer.
I used DoTerra Peppermint oil in this recipe.
