Peppermint Choc Chip Bliss Balls
- 175 grams date, Medjool, halved and pitted
- 140 gram raw almonds
- 50 grams coconut, shredded
- 2 heaped tablespoons cacao powder, raw
- 2 scoops Protein Powder, chocolate
- 2 level teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 60 grams water, warm, as required
- 90 grams chocolate chips, dark
- 5 heaped tablespoons coconut, shredded, extra, for coating

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add the dates, almonds, coconut, cacao and protein powder to the mixing bowl. Chop for 15 seconds at Speed 7.
Add peppermint and chocolate chips to bowl. Chop for 15 seconds at Speed 7.
If mixture will not easily form balls, add up to 60 grams water, mixing in using Turbo for 1 second bursts.
Roll into balls and dip into extra coconut for decoration.
Store in fridge in airtight container for up to two weeks.
